Of course, there are technical aspects involved—the things I do behind the scenes to vet deals, underwrite, verify, and analyze the factors that will contribute to the success of an investment. But I can say that my favorite part of this is connecting with people. It invigorates me.

I value deep, long-lasting relationships. In my podcast interview with “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever,” we discussed various investment practices, techniques, and the different angles we consider when selecting investments. In investing, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I have a group of investors and meaningful relationships that form the core of my platform. I don’t run a super corporation, and that’s okay. It’s the quality of these relationships that truly matters.

Investing takes many forms, and there are many misconceptions about it. My goal is to offer a fresh perspective, helping people understand that not everything glamorous leads to success. Compounding is a slow and steady game, requiring patience, discipline, and a growth mindset.  I believe in investing that is built on relationships, fundamentals, and trust. That’s my message.
